Did a Card Find You?

If a Project Gratitude card reached your family, we want to hear about it.

Every card in our program was signed by a real student, in a real classroom, in a real community. They took the time to sign it — and many added something personal. On the back of the card, you may have noticed a small invitation to share your experience here. If those words reached you — or your child — we’d be honored to know.

Your Story Helps Us Reach More Children

Project Gratitude runs on two things: funding and belief. Funding pays for printing and postage. Belief — the kind that comes from hearing what a card meant to a real family — is what moves donors to give, schools to participate, and communities to care.

When you share your experience, you become part of what makes this program grow. Your words — even a single sentence — may be what convinces a teacher to run a session, a donor to write a check, or a military child somewhere else in America to receive a card of their own.

We never share anything without your permission. Your privacy is absolute.

Your Privacy Is Protected We never collect your name, address, or unit. Everything you share here is on your terms.

You Control What We Share We only quote responses with your explicit permission. Anonymous is always an option.

Every Response Is Read Our founder reads every message personally. Nothing goes into a database unread.

Share What the Card
Meant to You

This form takes about two minutes. Thank you!

Your message has been received and will be read by our founder personally. If you gave permission to share your story, it may appear — anonymously or with your first name only — in our materials, on this website, or in communications to our donors and supporters. It will never include your full name, location, or any identifying information. What you just shared may be the reason a military child somewhere else in America receives a card. Thank you for closing that loop.
